SMS Appointment Text Consent – How Clients Opt In

SJB Law Firm (Stockard, Johnston, Brown, Netardus & Doyle, P.C.) sends appointment texts from (806) 391-7363 only to people who say yes when asked. We do not collect SMS consent on our website.

Phone or in-person script (Amarillo (806) 372-2202 / Borger (806) 273-9500).

Staff reads: “May we text this mobile number about your appointment from SJB Law Firm at (806) 391-7363? We’d send appointment reminders and ask you to reply YES or NO to confirm. Usually 1 to 4 texts per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help. Saying yes isn’t required to hire the firm. Our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy are on our website at sjblawfirm.com/sms-terms and sjblawfirm.com/sms-privacy-policy. Is it OK to text you?”
Staff only texts the number if the person says yes, and notes the date and staff initials of that yes in the appointment record.
