Benjamin D. Doyle

Benjamin D. Doyle is a partner at Stockard, Johnston, Brown, Netardus & Doyle, P.C. and the firm’s lead attorney for insurance coverage disputes and business litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and has been licensed in Texas since 2012. In the years since joining the firm, Ben has built one of the most technically sophisticated insurance coverage practices in the Amarillo area — combining deep knowledge of Texas insurance law with an insider’s understanding of how insurance companies evaluate, dispute, and deny claims.

That insider knowledge extends to the technical details that determine how claims are assessed and contested. In 2022, Ben was invited to act as a member for the Board of Directors for the State Bar of Texas Insurance Law Section. In that capacity, he helped coordinate continuing legal education events and subject matter training materials for Texas insurance lawyers. He has also tried bad faith insurance disputes in multiple states and obtained bad faith jury findings.
