What Makes the Attorneys at SJB Different
The Amarillo attorneys at Stockard, Johnston, Brown, Netardus & Doyle have a combined experience that spans from 1994 — when Kenneth Netardus was first licensed — to the present. That range represents nearly three decades of accumulated knowledge about the Texas Panhandle courts, the local legal community, and the issues that matter most to the clients who live and work here.
Every attorney at this firm practices here because they are from here. The founding partners — Dusty Stockard, Jarrett Johnston, and Daren Brown — are all Texas Panhandle natives who built their careers in Amarillo rather than relocating here for business reasons. Kenneth Netardus and his wife moved to Amarillo in 2001 and have raised their family here. Ben Doyle has been with the firm since 2017. Ethan Colley grew up in Amarillo and is a Texas Tech law graduate. The depth of community connection across the team is not incidental to how this firm practices — it is central to it.
When you become a client, your attorney is your point of contact from the first call to the final resolution. That is not a marketing claim — it is how we are structured. No intake teams, no case handlers, no referrals to junior associates. Your attorney handles your case.
