Opting in

By providing your mobile number to our firm for scheduling or by replying to an appointment text, you agree to receive transactional SMS from SJB Law Firm at **(806) 391-7363** about that appointment or related office scheduling. Consent to receive texts is **not** a condition of hiring the firm or receiving legal services.

 

Opting out and help

Reply **STOP** to opt out of further SMS from this number. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. – Reply **HELP** for help, or call our Amarillo office at **(806) 372-2202** or Borger office at **(806) 273-9500**. You can also ask our staff to remove your number from SMS appointment messages.

 

Sharing of information

We do not sell your phone number or SMS content. We may share information with: – Service providers who help us send and receive texts (for example, our SMS platform provider) – Staff and systems used to schedule and manage appointments – As required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety SMS is not a substitute for secure client portals for highly sensitive documents. Do not text confidential case details unless our office specifically asks you to.

We keep SMS-related records as needed for scheduling, client service, and our professional recordkeeping and legal obligations, then delete or archive them consistent with firm retention practices.

Our SMS appointment service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect SMS information from children under 13.
